If your order has a tracking number assigned, it means your order has been processed and is now in transit.
If there are any significant delays, we will notify you via email or telephone.

Transit Time: 1-7 business days. Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping time refers to the duration it takes for items to travel from our fulfillment center to your delivery address.
Therefore, from the moment you pay for this order, you may receive your package within 2-10 business days. We use this timeframe as a precaution to ensure your order delivers in time, but in most cases, orders arrive well before the maximum timeframe.

Please take a photo of the damaged package as evidence, refuse to accept it, and send it to our customer service at support@monilook.com, and we will resend it to you.
